Where dogs steal my heart on a regular basis…

Sometimes love chooses you. This organization and these dogs is what pulls at my heart strings the most. My husband Nick (arms seen snuggling pups in photos) and I get to photograph the 20-30 dogs from each transport that haven’t yet found their furever homes. After making their journey up north from being abandoned, broken, and forgotten, these beautiful pups are nervous, shy, and more than anything, just need to be loved …and who doesn’t need an afternoon of snuggling sweet puppies?

Sweet Paws Rescue is a volunteer based rescue organization based north of Boston. Working closely with their incredible team in Alabama and Mississippi, they save the lives of hundreds of dogs per year.
